Tax Exempt Orders

• If your order should be tax exempt please contact sales@bantamtools.com so that we may assist processing your order, we cannot refund taxes on orders already placed.

Shipping Options and Costs

• Orders for consumables and accessories can either ship via UPS ground or USPS Priority mail. The options available at checkout will depend on the size, cost, and destination of your order. For alternate shipping method requests, please contact sales@bantamtools.com. 

Local pickup

• If you select Local Pickup as your shipping option, you can pick up your order, once it is ready, during business hours at Bantam Tools in Peekskill, NY. Please contact us at fulfillment@bantamtools.com to schedule a pickup time.

Order Processing Time

• We have daily pickup for UPS and schedule USPS pickups for the next day. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday or the day before a holiday will ship out the following Monday or first business day.

Order Tracking

• Order tracking will be provided by an automated email when the label is created. Please note that depending on when the label is printed it might not be picked up until the next business day. 

International Shipping

• International orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or DHL based on what is selected during the order process. We comply with all United States shipping restrictions including taxes and embargos. 
• Customs: We list actual value on customs paperwork. Customers are responsible for all customs, duties, and import fees may be levied by the recipient country.

Address Changes

• If there is an error in your order, please contact fulfillment@bantamtools.com immediately with any changes. We will do our best to accommodate requests but some changes will not be accepted once an order has been placed due to fraud restrictions. 

Signature Requirements

• By default Bantam Tools does not require a signature upon delivery. If you would like to request this option please contact sales@bantamtools.com for a quote for the additional costs.

 Insurance

• Orders are not, by default, insured during shipping. If you need your order to be insured during shipment, please contact sales@bantamtools.com for a quote for the additional costs prior to placing your order.
