Tax Exempt Orders
- If your order should be tax exempt please contact sales@bantamtools.com so that we may assist processing your order, we cannot refund taxes on orders already placed.
Shipping Options and Costs
- Orders ship via the shipping method selected at checkout. Available shipping options will depend on the size, cost, and destination of your order. Orders for consumables and accessories may ship via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. For alternate shipping method requests, expedited handling, next day delivery, or overnight shipping options, please contact fulfillment@bantamtools.com prior to placing your order.
Local pickup
- If you select Local Pickup as your shipping option, you can pick up your order, once it is ready, during business hours at Bantam Tools in Peekskill, NY. Please contact us at fulfillment@bantamtools.com to schedule a pickup time.
Order Processing Time
Most orders ship within 1 to 3 business days. Please refer to the product page for any item specific lead times beyond that. In some cases, there may be a brief delay while we confirm your payment method or shipping address.
Carrier pickups typically occur around 1 PM each business day. Orders placed after the daily carrier pickup window, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Order Tracking
- Order tracking information will be provided by automated email once a shipping label has been created. Please note that label creation does not always indicate the package has been picked up by the carrier. Depending on when the label is generated and carrier pickup timing, tracking updates may not begin until the next business day.
International Shipping
- International orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or DHL based on what is selected during the order process. We comply with all United States shipping restrictions including taxes and embargos.
- Customs: We list actual value on customs paperwork. Customers are responsible for all customs, duties, and import fees may be levied by the recipient country.

Address Changes
- If there is an error in your order, please contact fulfillment@bantamtools.com immediately with any changes. We will do our best to accommodate requests but some changes will not be accepted once an order has been placed due to fraud restrictions.
Signature Requirements
- By default Bantam Tools does not require a signature upon delivery. If you would like to request this option please contact sales@bantamtools.com for a quote for the additional costs.
Insurance
- Orders are not, by default, insured during shipping. If you need your order to be insured during shipment, please contact sales@bantamtools.com for a quote for the additional costs prior to placing your order.
