We’re Here to Help
One of the great things about owning a Bantam Tools Desktop PCB Milling Machine is knowing that the folks at Bantam Tools have your back. We’re here to help you bring your ideas to reality, and our Support Team is standing by should you need assistance.

Note that our support hours are 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. EST, Monday – Friday.
If you’re just starting out with the Othermill, Othermill Pro, or Bantam Tools Desktop PCB Milling Machine, or need tips, we’ve created a large number of support guides to help you out. Browse all of them using the menu on the left side of this page, or read on for some suggested topics.
Welcome to your mill! Find out about unboxing and basic setup, then get milling with the three Bantam Tools Getting Started Projects, which ship with every Bantam Tools™ Desktop PCB Milling Machine. These three projects cover all the basics of using the milling machine, and provide a great overview of the workflow. If you don’t have the project components (maybe you’re using a milling machine at a makerspace), you can order complete kits from us.
Even if you don't ever make the projects, it's still a good idea to read through these tutorials. After reading through the tutorials, the next step is to read through our Operating The Mill articles.
